About the presenter: Alex Dawson is a senior technical analyst with
the University of British Columbia, responsible for operations of
UBC's centrally provided server and storage clouds. Alex has ten years
experience with University IT operations management, both here and in
Australia.

2010. What can we do according to the VanLUG charter, 646-985 or what should
we do? Everybody get a vote at the AGM? Sell memberships at the AGM?
